50s CANVAS BAG WITH STENCILS

DESCRIPTION
A super cool canvas tote bag with stencils on both sides, ideal for everyday use as well as cabin luggage.
Made from one single piece of fabric, it has very beautiful stitching details.
The stencil says NEIGHBOURHOOD SERVICES TRANSPORTATION PROJECT, but unfortunately I couldn't find any more info about this...
Surely it was from some transportation workers contract.
Original colour was probably white but with the time it got an amazing creamy patina.
FABRIC 100% heavy canvas.
YEAR From the construction details, I reckon this is from the 50s.
CONDITION Great vintage condition. Very strong. Killer patina!
MEASUREMENTS 16 inches x 16.75 inches.
