Crafted in the USA from RRL's Japanese right-hand twill selvedge denim that is exclusive to Double RL.
Woven on vintage Draper shuttle looms to replicate a 1940s quality.
Yarn is ring-spun and rope-dyed in Japan using natural indigo.
Hand-finished in a process that involves up to 50 individual steps using specialised tools and techniques.
Sanforized to minimize the potential for shrinkage.
Cut for a Slim Fit: a medium-low pitched waist and a slim thigh and lower leg.
Custom dark shade of indigo developed exclusively for Double RL.
Hand-finished.
Given a clean-water rinse and bake-dried.
Hand-set chain-stitched waistband with inserted belt loops for added durability. Button fly with RRL signature buttoned closure ensures a consistent fit through years of wear.
Five-pocket styling with American-made buttons, copper-tone rivets and washer burrs.
Selvedge coin pocket.
Natural twill pocket lining.
"RRL" embroidery at the selvedge coin pocket.
Leather "RRL" debossed logo label on the back right waist.
It comes with the original size label.
