DESCRIPTION Super cool Alpha Epsilon Phi (ΑΕΦ) raglan sleeve sweatshirt in a good big size and with a superb fade - as usual, my poor photography skills don't do it justice...

Alpha Epsilon Phi (ΑΕΦ) is a national social sorority founded at Barnard College in New York City. It has active chapters at more than 50 universities across the United States and this kind of sweatshirts were worn by members nationwide rather than being exclusive to a single campus.

DETAILS
- Seamless body construction.
- Raglan sleeve construction.
- Made in USA.
- Diamond sleeves construction.
- Faded to perfection.
- Killer graphic!

FABRIC 100% cotton.

YEAR
At a first look, I thought this was from the 60s but the arched "Alpha Epsilon Phi" text styled in an Old English gothic font was the standard format for Greek life chapter sportswear during the post-war era...
Therefore I would say the sweatshirt could be dated from 1950s to early 1960s.

CONDITION Beautiful fade and patina, especially on the sleeves. A couple of micro holes (1 mm size). Missing label. Nice soft fabric. Overall in great condition.

SIZE ON LABEL N/A. Please see actual measurements and estimated size.

ESTIMATED SIZE men L / women XL.

MEASUREMENTS
Chest (pit to pit) - 23.5 inches.
